“The Allergy Brothers are my two sons, who both have multiple allergies. I had to create my own recipes for them. My eldest son decided that we should sell our cakes so our recipe blog became a cake company.
We make vegan and gluten free cakes (we also try to avoid soya), which still taste yummy. Our range of cakes change with the seasons. Our Bombay Sapphire gin cakes topped with Fevertree tonic icing and juniper berries have been our best sellers.
We support neurodiversity and we can sign in Makaton and basic BSL, if our customers want this.
We have you been trading at Wivenhoe Market since last Summer. It’s a really friendly market with some great stalls.”
